Your speaker:
Daisy Tappenden is a registered nutritional therapist, personal trainer, and founder of Tap Into Your Health. After suffering from eczema, gut issues, anxiety, and challenges with her mood for much of her younger life, Daisy turned to nutrition and exercise to reduce her symptoms. Experiencing the astounding benefits this had for her health and overall wellbeing, Daisy would later decide to change career to become a nutritional therapist. To do so, she studied at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, where she achieved her qualification with distinction. Daisy now specialises in women’s health, supporting women of all ages with symptoms of hormone imbalance, including dysregulated periods, painful periods, PCOS, anovulation, menopause, infertility, weight gain, and thyroid disorders.
