Movement is just as important for mental health at it is for physical health, but so many of us struggle to move enough in our daily lives.
Luke Silavwe is a physiotherapist and fitness instructor with a special interest in mental wellbeing. He will be discussing the importance of movement and how it critically supports mental health. Luke will offer advice and top tips on ways to incorporate movement into our busy daily lives.

Luke Silavwe is a highly experienced physiotherapist and personal trainer who draws on his time spent working in the NHS and for professional football clubs when treating clients at the Lloyd’s Wellbeing Centre.
Luke is passionate about his treatment approach, blending injury prevention with rehabilitation and personalised fitness training to optimise his clients’ health and performance.
