Many of us experience feelings of anxiety, stress and overwhelm on a regular basis. These emotions have the potential to define us – how we live, work, feel and manage our day to day. But there is another way. We can make choices about how we deal with anxiety so that we can stay resilient and maintain good mental health.
In this talk, Karen Liebenguth will present and explore how anxiety happens in the mind and why it is that we have a tendency to focus on the negative. She will explain how we can begin to train the mind through simple but powerful practices, to better manage anxiety in our day-to-day working lives and to enhance our overall experience of life.

Karen Liebenguth is a highly experienced expert on managing stress and anxiety. She has been working for 15 years as a professional coach on a one-to-one basis and with corporate groups, helping people to develop practical skills in building resilience and good mental health that supports their busy working lives. Karen will be looking at how anxiety affects all of us from time to time, and will be offering practical tips and advice for everyday anxiety management.
