Ben Ensall is an experienced Health and Wellbeing Practitioner at ESCP Business School, where he uses tailored approaches and personalised consultations to enhance students’ mental, emotional, and physical health.
Ben is also a qualified Mental Health First Aid Instructor, a role he uses to equip staff with the tools they need to support individuals facing mental ill health. In addition to his practical experience, Ben has a background as a wellbeing content creator and health journalist, where he provided valuable insights on cultivating positive health and wellbeing practices.
